Newark – 501 South College Ave. (PCS Building and ACCESS Center)

Parking lot 2A is conveniently located steps from the entrance to the ACCESS Center at 501 South College Ave. A pay-by-plate kiosk is located at lot 2A. Current hourly and daily rates are posted on the kiosk screen. A credit card is needed to use the kiosk.

Hourly parking can also be purchased at ppprk.com or via the PassportParking app, which is available at the App Store and on Google Play. In case there are not any spots available, please consider waiting until you have parked to complete the transaction.

Guests can also establish an account and purchase a Gray daily pass, which allows for parking in lot 2A or in other Gray permit lots.

Newark – Main Campus

A parking permit is required for on-campus parking at all times, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (with the exception of visitors’ lots). Visit the Newark Campus Parking Services Office online for hours, contact information, and rates.

There are also several Pay-to-Park facilities on the Newark campus with reasonable rates for parking for evening classes. Click here for current Pay-to-Park rates and locations.

Wilmington – Arsht Hall, Pennsylvania Avenue

No parking permit is required either day or night for members of Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). OLLI members only need their own hangtag that they get when they register.
