The University of Delaware was near the forefront of paralegal training with the introduction of its Paralegal Certificate Program in 1978. Join the University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies (UD PCS) as we celebrate more than 40 years of preparing legal assistants and paralegals.
